I am Ivo. Since 2012, I have been helping clients change their habits and behavior, heal their past, let go of negative emotions, change their limiting beliefs, and achieve their goals. 

 

My background is clinical hypnosis, EFT tapping, coaching, and NLP, and I am the founder of Straight Line Therapy. I have achieved 12 certifications in 3 different countries: the USA, Canada, and Mexico. 

 

2020 was a difficult year for almost everyone, and for me, it was really hard not only for the pandemic affecting the planet but for other personal issues. I had to leave my family in Cancun, Mexico, (where I had been living since 2004) and go back to Italy (my country of origin) to assist my mother who was terminally ill.

 

When I arrived in Italy, the country went into a complete lockdown, my mother passed away six weeks later, I got stuck in Italy for six more months, and more family drama happened.

 

My level of stress was really high, my eating habits got way out of control, and I put on 30 pounds in five months. When I was finally able to go back to Mexico, I was in a terrible physical state, and my self-esteem had reached its lowest point in my life. How was it that I, a coach and therapist, was not able to handle stress and grief in a healthy way? What a naïve thought...

Anyway, I knew I had to do something about my weight. I looked terrible and felt terrible. I had to deal with negative thoughts and feelings: What if I cannot lose weight? What if I have to stay like this? What if I cannot control my hunger and cravings? How can I lose weight if every time I feel a craving I give in? How can I lose weight if my level of motivation to exercise equals zero? Where can I find the motivation to switch from pizza to salad? I hate the idea of dieting. What can I do?

In that moment I had an epiphany: I knew what was good for me and what was not. I had an idea of how much I should eat. ​I had only one single problem, and that was not food. My problem was cravings—dealing with the sensation of feeling hungry.

That was the turning point for me. I knew that if I could find a way to break the cravings and dominate hunger, I would be free...and so I did.

I went back to my old books, reviewed and revised all the techniques I had learned over the years...and created the formula.

In the beginning, there were a few weeks of trial and error, stress, starting and failing, but after that, I found the system that worked. 

I was free from cravings, and I was able to totally overcome the sensation of feeling hungry.

In a matter of days, I was able to eat much less and I had reduced the consumption of "junk food" (mainly refined carbs, bread, pizza, and pasta) by 50%, then 70%, and then 90% in one week.

The results were phenomenal. My body started changing within a week. I had much more energy, I was more alert and focused, I had a general feeling of well-being, and even though I did not exercise nor follow any official diet, I was able to lose 10 pounds for three straight months and did not put them back on.

I was able to achieve all that just by eliminating cravings; everything else fell into place by itself.​

And, of course, people noticed the changes I was going through. They started to ask me questions, and I started to teach the system. Every single person who learned the steps got the same results. This is how Metamorphosis Inside Out was born.

You might think: Well, it was easy for you. You are a certified coach, you read the books, you knew the technique, and you have 12 certifications. That's very true. But the good news is I have done the hard work for you, you don't have to read the books if you don't want to, you don't have to study and get the certifications, and you don't have to learn all the techniques to find out which one is the most effective.

Almos nobody focus on what they want and why they want it. In this step you will achieve clarity and a feeling of inspiration and purpose that can last a life time.  

Step 4: The technique

Here we are going to learn the specific technique that allows you to dominate the feeling of being hungry and eliminate food cravings in a matter of days.
